Wow!  I’m up 2 lbs!  Overnight!  So, yeah…must be the salt intake yesterday.

7am - drank a cup of coffee with sugar and creamer

7:45am - Special K blueberry cereal with 2% milk

(Editing at 11am Saturday)

I ate a chicken taco salad for lunch.

And I can’t remember what else I had…dang.  Oh, chocolate lava cake, one slice of beef pizza for dinner. I did drink part of a Mt. Dew later on because there was nothing else, but I drank water for most of the day.
