Wow, I can’t believe I’m down today.  Oh well, I’ll take it!!

6:30am Breakfast:  1 bowl of Special K Vanilla Almond with 2% milk

8am: 1 cup of coffee with creamer and sugar

It’s now 9:30am and it’s been three hours since I’ve eaten something.  Should I go ahead and eat a snack now?  Is the hunger that I’m feeling actual hunger or is it in my head.  I know, I’ll drink some water.  I need to do that anyway since I haven’t had any today yet.

6:30pm

This is what I’ve eaten this afternoon after 9:30am:

  • Sundried tomato turkey sandwich on wheat
  • Honey BBQ chips
  • Cheese stick
  • Pistachios
  • Doritos
  • White Cheddar Cheetos
  • Small Chocolate Frosty

I think that’s it so far.  I’m about to eat dinner now.  We are having chicken taco salads.  This includes the taco shell bowl, white chicken, re-fried beans, iceberg lettuce, sour cream, black olives, jalapenos, green & red bell pepper, and avocado.
