I’m at 219.4. I know why though. I haven’t been staying accountable, and I haven’t been tracking my dinners most days. I know I’m going over, so I don’t even bother. However, today is a new day and so far, so good. I’ve already entered my dinner recipe on livestrong.com and I’ve entered my snack that I’m about to eat in a few minutes. I am determined to not go over today and to track EVERYTHING. I have my livestrong account set to lose 1.5 lbs per week on light activity. I’m allowed about 1700 calories per day. I know I can do it, I just have to stay determined and motivated.
