The last couple of months have been rough. School really stressed me out. So, it’s almost Christmas! I’m just focusing on maintaining my weight instead of losing. I’ve been between 218-221 for the past few weeks. I started writing everything down again though, and I’ve been journaling about it. I think doing something like that will help me more than not keeping up with it at all. It at least keeps me aware of what I’m putting in my body and what I think about it. I think after New Years I will try to focus a little harder on losing. I start student teaching January 23. I’m really going to have to buckle down then because I have to prove to myself that I can do it even while working since it will be like a regular full-time job for me. I’m not sure how I’m going to work in going to the gym yet. I may see about going when school is out in the afternoon. I’m pretty sure my babysitter will be ok with it; I just need to talk to her about it. Other than that, I’m going to focus on calorie counting. I honestly think it is easier to count calories when I am out of the house all day instead of sitting here at home. So, I’m thinking I’ll be fine when I get back into the groove of being away from home.
