That’s what I was called Thursday morning…ha! And I must admit, I have definitely been a slacker this month. The good thing is, however, I have been staying between 220 and 225. I just did not realize how hard it was going to be this semester. I am sure if I was to start fresh this coming week and really work on my water, calories, and exercise, I could drop another 10lbs. Right now, I’m happy with maintaining. Whew…this semester is keeping me so busy. I barely have time for my family and that bothers me. I do still go to the gym most Tuesdays and Thursdays before class. I didn’t go this past Thursday (hence the reason why I was called a slacker by my gym buddy) because the day before the muscle in the top of my foot was hurting and I didn’t want to take a chance on making it worst. Fortunately, the next morning, it felt fine. I don’t know what happened to make it hurt the way it did. Anyway, I’m still doing the C25K. I did Week 3 Tuesday instead of continuing on with Week 4. I’m thinking of just going ahead with Week 4 the next time. I just hate that I have to skip so many days in between. Maybe I can slip away to the gym later this evening or tomorrow. I think that would make me feel better if I could do that.
Baby Girl got her 6-month shots yesterday. She is not a happy camper today. She ran a fever last night…got up to 101.3. I gave her some Ibuprofen and it went down. She had a low-grade temp. this morning so more ibuprofen for her. I just hate it when my babies feel bad.
Man, it’s the end of the month already. Maybe I should set some new goals for next month. I didn’t set myself goals for October. I will be thinking about that and hopefully next month will be a better month for me.
