It’s been a great, long weekend for me. My classes were canceled Thursday, but I still took DD to the babysitter and DS had school. So, I was able to get most of my homework done that needed to get done this weekend. I have been trying to just take it easy and enjoy my little holiday. The elementary school that I’m at this year is out tomorrow for Columbus Day, so we get to take off too! So, we will have had a 5-day weekend, which I have so needed. It is so easy to get stressed out with all the assignments due, but having a little down time in the middle of chaos was the perfect medicine to cure that stress.
My eating has not been so good, unfortunately. I’m trying not to worry too much about it right now, but I’m still keeping it in mind so I don’t get too out of control. Starting tomorrow, I am going to track everything and try my best to stay within my calorie limit. I have not tracked in over a month and I can tell. My weight is at a standstill even though I’m working out on Tuesday and Thursdays. I think it would be different if I were working out daily, but with only getting to the gym 2 days a week, I’m going to have to keep my food in check. I know I can do it because I’ve done it before. It just takes a little more effort. It’s time to go ahead and kiss the 220’s goodbye. I’m so close, so I need to stay focused and determined so I can go ahead and make it into the 210’s and hopefully down another pant size.
Okay, I better go. I’m sleepy and I have to get up early with the young’uns.
