So, I’ve been raiding the kitchen all week…ugh! I feel horrible today because of all the junk I’ve already eaten today. So, I’m taking it easy for the rest of the day and I’m not eating anything else that isn’t good for me. I’ve been stressing over this school work that I have to complete and it just makes me want to snack, snack, snack. Also, I’m all out of diet dr. pepper (which is probably a good thing anyway). So, I fixed me a cup of coffee (for the caffeine), and I’m trying to get into this school work again while DD is taking a nap. Well, she isn’t actually sleeping at the moment, but she’s on her way. I hope so anyway. I have put her in the swing and she’s fussing some, but she should fall asleep soon. It’s so hard getting stuff done with her whining. DH is gone to a football game. It doesn’t start until 6pm, but his friends tailgate, so he’s hanging out with them. It’s not a big deal since I wouldn’t be getting anything done with him here anyway. I have a wedding to go to tonight at 7 or I would be at the game too. Hopefully, DD will be ok at the wedding. She usually goes to bed at that time. DS will be fine, since he’s old enough for it to not really matter.
OH! I have an NSV!! I fit into an old pair of size 16’s yesterday and actually wore them all day. A couple of months ago, I was still in my 20’s. So, 2 pant sizes in 2 months! I’ll take it! I love the c25k program. If I were to get back on track with my eating, I’m sure this weight would fall off even faster. I started writing things down again today, but I still have not written every single thing. And I’m nowhere near getting the right amount of water. Grrr! I was doing so well and then I just stopped. I do that every time. However, this time is different because I am still paying somewhat attention to what goes in my mouth and I’m still weighing weekly and blogging about it. Also, I’m exercising on a regular basis.
Okay, I better go. DD is almost asleep and I have got to this school stuff finished this weekend.
