Gotta get back with it…

School is definitely taking a toll on me right now. I have barely tracked this month and my weight isn’t moving much. Well, not as much as I like anyway. I’m not going to beat myself up since this is what happens when you don’t pay much attention. I’m doing the c25k every Tuesday and Thursday right now. I did Week 3 Day 1 today. Whew, it about kicked my butt, but I finished it! Woohoo! It involves a total of 9 minutes running when you add up the intervals. My calves were killing me by the last run, but I pushed through it anyway. So, tomorrow I will start over on tracking. I have also slacked on my water again…but I’m not giving up. I’m getting back on my water and food tracking in the morning! I don’t have any time to be thinking about food, so I’m not eating much during the day. My downfall is the evenings after I get home.
Okay, I’m tired. Off to bed I go. Here’s to a new day and a better weigh-in next week!
