Starting Weight: 234.6 Weight last week: 225.8 Current Weight: 222.2 Loss of 3.6lbs for a total loss of 12.4lbs! I’m getting there! I’m VERY proud of this weigh-in. I was not expecting this much of a loss, but I have upped my exercise routine so I guess it’s working for me. Very happy! 🙂
