		<description>OMG. Straitening up my mess of a pile of clothes is near the top of my to-do list.  Same situation: fat clothes, clothes that almost fit, medium size clothes, and skinny clothes all together. Makes it look like i have a lot to choose from, but it's really just an aggravation and a reminder of what i can't wear.

I think it's a good plan to just go for trying to eat "normal" to get yourself started. Good luck.</description>

		<description>I'm with you. I think exercising is the key, so I tend to not focus as much on the eating.  My wife and I disagree on this frequently, though.  She thinks proper nutrition and portion control is the answer, and exercise is secondary.  Probably, the truth lies in the middle.  I guess that explains why we have been pretty successful this past year.

Anyway, keep it up!  Exercise, and do the best you can with the food.  Good luck!</description>
