		<description>I slipped this week too, and I had to get back on track.  I took a long walk today in my new tone up shoes.  I love Zumba it's awesome doesn't even feel like you're exercising.  Just stick with it and the pain during exercising will go away.</description>

		<description>Oh, my. What a goal. I wanted to say that sometimes *what* I eat has more to do with calories gained overnight than how much. For example, if I eat wheat after being off wheat for a while, I go up 4 pounds or so, immediately. There are some other things that cause that. And sometimes hard exercise can cause water retention in the short run. You can do this! Delita</description>

		<description>Hey, I saw this post and I feel ya! Hang in there! Bad days happen, hell, we've all been there. Weight loss isn't easy, and it can be confusing, but it can happen for you. Forget past mistakes and make a plan to attack the next few days. I make silly little week-long goals for myself, something I'll do every day, and it helps me stay concentrated on what I want. All you can do is move forward. You'll do it.</description>
