So…today is the first day of my full commitment. I feel very positive this morning. I went out and bought all healthy foods and snacks. I had a great talk with my sister who has made amazing strides in her weight loss goals and hearing her excitement and seeing her success is very motivating. So here is my first meal for the day:
Breakfast- 2oz of Tuna w/Mrs Dash, small bowl of sliced strawberries (4) and a fiber bar. Amazingly I feel…satisfied. I don’t feel like I deprived myself and I feel good about my food choices.
Mid-morning snack- 2oz Tuna w/ Mrs Dash and 1/2 cup applesauce.
Lunch- California roll, potato chips, kit Kay, twix:-(
Afternoon snack- snak ak pudding, piece of cake
Dinner- Potato Chips, Milano cookies, Chessmen cookies:-(
