Eep!
Eep! Having a weight creep. And I don’t know why.
My calories are in line, my exercise is in line, yet every time I step on the scales, I’m up another .2, .4, .6 of a pound. For cryin’ out loud, if I want to get to goal by my 40th b’day (this summer), something’s gotta change.
So, I’m looking into switching up exercise. Going into strippercise or pilates or power yoga or hiking… or all of the above!
About to travel, which for most folks means a gain, but for me usually means a dip. Yay! (Not counting on it, but I’ll take it if it happens.)
Anyway, just checking in and staying accountable. That’s a requirement, no matter what.

Changing things around is good. Exercise is less effective as you keep doing the same so change is good. Also, sometimes on food, it is not how much but how clean I’m eating. Just a thought. You may be eating all clean already. You’re doing this! Delita
Thanks, Delita. I’m struggling this week. Looking forward to a NEW week with new motivation for the rest of this journey. Of course, I know it’s an ALWAYS journey, so I’m being very patient with the process.
