Why I Changed to 5-days/no snacks

I started out on the BistroMD seven-days with snacks plan in February. By late May, it was clear that I needed to go to the five-days without snacks plan.

Why I decided I no longer needed snacks delivered.

Overstock.

This is the Bistro MD protein shake and protein chips. A nice snack. This shake flavor is my favorite: Proticcino (I guess that’s a combination of “protein” and “cappuccino”). Considering I’m not a big coffee fan, it’s interesting that I like this.
