Measurements after 14.5 Weeks on BistroMD

Took some measurements today and thought I’d share the progress.

These are CHANGES since starting BistroMD a little under 15 weeks ago.

upper arm: down .25″
bust: down 1.75″
under bust: down 2.25″
waist: down 1.5″
lower abdomen: down 3″
hips: down 2″
upper thigh: down 2.75″

Either no change or increases (bleh) everywhere else I measure (neck, wrist, knee, calf, ankle). And of course, a couple of the above-listed “downs” are actually up from the most recent measurement (like my waist), which again goes to show that we’re just a vat of chemicals that experiences changes throughout this process and every time we weigh or measure, we’re just looking at a MOMENT in time and it’s the overall tracking of progress over lots of TIME that really makes it clear whether we’re doing a good job. ;)

I am doing a good job. ;)

  1. WOW! Great results. 13.5 inches, GONE. Keep going, girl! I liked your analogy of the body just being “a vat of chemicals”. Put that way, don’t you think it would be easy for us to regulate our bodies?

  2. Thank you, Susan! I really appreciate the support. :)

I guess I like to see the body–even the spirit–as a vat of chemicals we always stir and spice up differently based on what we experience, put in, take out, etc.

So, I totally agree with you that we should be able to regulate our bodies. Of course, what I believe “should” be easy isn’t always what IS, when it comes down to it. ;)

    Of course. ;)

Or else I wouldn’t be here on this journey.

    Again, thanks for the support!
