BistroMD Ingredients

So, I was having a conversation with Kris in the comments section of my previous post and we got to talking about ingredients. I figured this might be interesting to others and not something to hide away in the comments section of another post, so here’s the info. I’m sharing all of the ingredients for four of the frozen meals BistroMD sends (one fish, one turkey, one chicken, one pork — I can’t have any of the beef dishes because they all contain wheat gluten, unfortunately). These range from “lots of ingredients” to “few ingredients” but should give you an idea of the average meal and how much is “real” vs. how much is “chemical” stuff.
