Herb Encrusted Mahi Mahi
This is the BistroMD Herb Encrusted Mahi Mahi.
I’m told this one has been discontinued. Too bad, because it was really yummy. I especially liked the fluffy rice with little bits of carrots and yummy peas. And the herb sauce on the mahi mahi was very butter-like. Makes my mouth water, just remembering it.
Oh well.
