Tilapia in Hollandaise Sauce
Here’s the BistroMD Tilapia in Hollandaise Sauce.
The sauce has gluten, so I drained as much of it as possible off the fish–and they won’t be sending this item again–but it was yummy. Very flaky, fresh fish. Sweet baby carrots. Yummy beans. Ah well, they thicken the Hollandaise sauce with flour, so it’s just not worth having too often. But a very yummy dish–especially when you’re looking for something fresh and light.
