Just took my measurements (finally) and wanted to share some BistroMD-related results.
Two weeks on BistroMD and these are my changes:
Bust: down 1″
Under Bust: down 2.5″
Waist: down 2″
Lower Abs: down 2″
Hips: down 1.5″
Upper Arm: down .5″
All other “key” measurements are unchanged.
