Chicken Fajita
This is the BistroMD Chicken Fajita.
Way too heavy on the onions for me. I eventually asked them to stop sending this one. I am a HUGE Mexican food fan, but I think what I love about Mexican food is the crunch of the chip and the melty-goodness of the cheese. This was like a fajita without tortillas, sour cream, or cheese, so it’s just the peppers and onions and chicken. And that would’ve been fine, except for the fact that it’s SO heavy on the onions and peppers. Like they were trying to keep it VERY Mexican-tasting, but missed the mark and just made it too… too.
