This is the BistroMD Blackened Chicken in Champagne Sauce.
They don’t actually ship this with the sauce anymore, which is a shame. The chicken on its own is sooo dry. I’ve had to add BBQ sauce to choke it down. I also really love the bean mix with this version of the dish (similar to the one they send with Chicken Italiano), and well…
See? Very dry. Very not exciting. 
Also a different rice combo which is also quite dry. So, I asked them to stop sending this one. BORING.
