Great job! It's hard to get re-motivated once you fall off the Blogwagon, but you'll do it! Way to not gain any weight, either! Your legs might be tired, but your waist is happy!

:) Excited for pictures! Welcome back.

The word "jogging" always reminds me of the movie, "Anchorman." So funny! Have fun and don't get injured.. Injuries are such a pain. (No pun intended! ...Okay, so the pun was intended.)

I'm a newbie, but your entries are refreshing and fun, so I'll be following along! Have a great trip, stay safe and TRY to make good choices! :)

Isn't that pain wonderful? I woke up this morning and the little arm work that I did yesterday morning has certainly given me sore muscles.

I'm trying to prepare for eating and drinking on Saturday. I find when I do this I end up eating and drinking less than I had planned just so I don't undo what I did during the week =P

Enjoy the day! Can't wait for some pictures!

You can get to 7:30--trust me, if I can do it anyone can, lol (I was the kid in high school gym class doing a 12 minute mile). Granted, I usually only do that pace when we have our bi-annual Navy fitness testing. Throw some intervals and sprints in there and that should help get the time down. Keep up the good work--you look soo skinny in the picture!

I feel like I should also say, my mom is 5'3.5" and was 112-114 lbs for several decades in her 20s and 30s (and part of her 40s). She worked out 1.5 - 2 hours, five to six days a week, had 18% body fat, and was vegetarian. She received tons of compliments about how great she looked, but never really believed them. During her early twenties she dropped to about 108 pounds. Instead of compliments she began to hear concerns about her health instead. Looking back, she's shocked that she didn't enjoy how stunning she looked at her higher weight (which is still very low by most standards), and wishes she hadn't wasted that energy trying to get the numbers lower. I know that everyone's body (frame, metabolism, etc) is different, and that we all have different goals, but I just wanted to share my mom's story, because of the similarity in your heights and weights :)

jellybean, if you look at the top of the chart, you'll see that WW is actually using the BMI scale, but instead of considering 18.5 - 24.9 "normal," they consider 20-25 "normal." I think these tools can be handy, but I strongly believe that body fat % is the only reliable indicator of overall fitness and health, and building muscle has been what's made me feel so much more comfortable in my skin :D I do also want to see the number on the scale change, I admit! Best of luck with your goals!!

Hmmm... where did weight watchers get those numbers from? I'm just curious. I've heard good things about them too, though. But I'm 5'4" and 113 lbs. which puts me under their "minimum weight range for all adults". According to BMI charts that I've seen on the internet, I can go as low as 105 lbs. (which I plan to. That's my goal weight!)
