Just read parts of your blog. I gained my freshman 15 -- more like 20 -- over a period of eight years, and then after I got pregnant, I gained 40 pounds, making it an almost even 200 pounds. So at 201 pounds, I had my baby C-section and at my eight grade weight, which was probably the last time I could be labeled pretty "muscular."

You are doing a phenomenal job. I love the outfit with the white top and grey skirt, very professional for an interview. I was a court reporter for years and miss dressing up all the time. I wouldn't worry about losing the weight too fast; you're right, it is exhilarating, but you are going to have your slow weeks and months too.

I think you will be able to wear your size 8 at 140. I am an inch taller and was wearing an 8 at 145 - 150, and we are of similar build, I believe. Right now I am a 4-6, except for swimsuits and some dresses, which I am still an 8 because of my exceptionally long torso and broad shoulders.

Good luck to you; you are very inspiring and you look great!
