Right now my plan includes counting calories, with an emphasis on whole foods and reducing refined sugar!  I’m not following a specific plan, but I may someday.  I do feel good when I follow The Zone.  I also exercise quite a bit.  I aim for 10 hours+ per week.  I LOVE being at the gym, so this isn’t very hard.  My longterm goal is to be able to cancel my current life insurance policy (which is higher because of my weight) and get one with a lower premium.  I have been blessed with good health in site of the years of abuse to my body.  I’m gripped of reversing any problems that certainly will arise if I don’t make these drastic changes.
