I’m sure that’s not all that exciting to the world at large, but it is for us. We now have a grocery store within biking distance, and it’s a nice one. Fry’s had their big grand opening today and we were there to pick up some of the yummy specials - like raspberries and strawberries for $1/pack. Yum yum yum…
They also had lots of free samples - cookies, cake, bread, etc. I saw the biggest cake ever - it was huge! And I even had some of the samples, since I’ve used almost none of my 35 weekly points and I’ve only got two days left this week. My husband finished off the angel food cake, so no dessert-like foods are even in the house. I guess berries and whipped cream will have to be it, then.

new stores are so exciting. I recently relocated and discovered Fresh and Easy. It’s my new fav place

I agree that new stores are exciting too! Especially when they are close to home. I’m on WW too. How is it working for you?

We’re supposed to get a Fresh and Easy right across from Fry’s…but they haven’t done any work on that lot in a long, long time. It’s a beautiful dirt lot with a nice paved driveway.
So far so good on the WW thing. I’ve lost and gained and lost and gained before, so I know it CAN work. It’s a matter of sticking to it though. I’ll have been on the plan for 1 week on Saturday, so I’ll see how it’s going then!
