I finished this week’s cardio challenge!!!

Fiber Bar

Vanilla Almond Cluster cereal w/nf milk and blueberries

gym…45 treadmill and 20 minute bike

Leftover whole wheat spaghetti w/sauce and 1 turkey meatball

small nf pumpkin spice latte at Pete’s (only drank 1/2,it wasn’t great)

2 caramels and about 10 of Abbie’s organic animal cookies

At the meeting…………about 1 cup of spinach salad, 1 slice of Jen’s veggie pizza, about 1/4 c of Stacy’s lentil soup, 2 thin pieces of baguette w/spinach dip

I was hungry when I got home and had a bowl of Vanilla Almond Clusters

November 3

What a beautiful day outside today!  It sure doesn’t feel like fall or even winter.  It was nice working out last night at bootcamp in this great weather!

Trader Joe’s Vanilla Almond Cluster cereal, nf milk and blueberries

1/2 Cup Edamame, Grilled chicken salad sandwich on Oatnut w/1 slice cheddar, Pita Chips w/Hummus, 2 caramels

Cardio-15 minute walk through neighborhood w/Abbie in stroller, trying to keep up w/Jake on bike

Whole Wheat Spaghetti, TJ’s spaghetti sauce, 1 turkey meatball, 3/4 sauteed spinach w/olive oil and garlic salt

1 piece of caramel

8:00 I was starving for some reason right before putting Abbie to bed.  I threw 3 Krusteaz French Toast sticks in the micro and scarfed them before putting her to bed

Breakfast: Fiber bar, 1 whole wheat pancake w/blueberries, small pat of butter, 1 scrambled egg

Lunch:  Went to Bistro 33 in Davis and they weren’t serving lunch yet! (Renee Andrade was working there)

2 scrambled eggs, 1 sourdough toast, 1 chicken apple sausage, a couple of bites of potatos

1 Sunrise Energy Bar, 3 caramels, about a 1/4 of a Diet Coke

2 chicken tacos, about 10 tortilla chips

2 chicken tacos (flour tortilla, chicken breast cooked in crockpot w/salsa, cheddar, tomato, avocado, nf sour cream)

1 piece Laffy Taffy, 1/2 apple with 6 melted caramels

ALL OF JAKE’S CANDY WILL BE GOING TO THE OFFICE ON MONDAY WITH MATT!!!!

October 30

So, this morning I woke up to pee at 5:30, then decided to stay up to have a little peace and quiet to myself until the kids woke up.  It was nice to sit down on the couch with a cup of hot tea and watch Grey’s Anatomy.  The kids didn’t wake up until 7:30, and we ended up rushing to get ready for preschool.  I wanted to make a good breakfast for everyone, but it just didn’t work out.  I rushed Jake to school and then Abbie and I went shopping.  I was starving when we got over the Costco.  They weren’t open yet, so we went over to Starbucks to hang out.  When I was ordering, I remembered Stacy’s comment saying to eat more protein.  So I ended up NOT getting my favorite scone and made a better choice.  I gave myself a pat on the back for that!

5:30 Fiber Bar, Caffenated Green Tea sweetened with Truvia

7:30 Protein Shake

10:30 Tall nf pumpkin spice latte, egg white sandwich on whole wheat English Muffin with Turkey bacon

1:00 Peanut Butter and Honey sandwich on whole wheat

 3:30 2 small pieces leftover chicken apple pizza

Bunco

2 grilled cheese (1 with tomato), 1 bowl of butternut squash soup, salad, 1 Laughy Taffy

*****It was SUPER HARD no to eat the caramel apples!  Caramel is one of my favorites!!!!!!!!!

Ouch!

Last night’s bootcamp was supposed  to be about arms, so why are my thighs killing me??  It felt good to get out there last night after missing Monday night.

October 27

I am feeling much better today, both mentally and physically!  It is generally just that first day of that much hated monthly thing that puts me in a funk and feeling yucky!

7:00 Fiber bar

10:00 Barbara’s cereal w/raspberries and a few blueberries

12:30 Peanut Butter and honey sandwich, 4 grapes, just the head of a ghost sugar cookie (no icing)

2:30 100 calorie bag of popcorn

4:00 1/2 cup Honey Bunches of Oats w/nf milk ( I wanted something sweet and thought that was a better choice than all the sugar cookies sitting on my counter!)

**My plan was to leave playgroup, go home, have lunch, then hit the gym.  Well, that didn’t work out.  Abbie was pretty tired, so she napped right after lunch.  Then Jake went into his room to play and came out and said he sees ants.  There were ants ALL over the wall and floor under his window.  So, I called our pest control and had to wait for him to come over.  Abbie woke up a little before 4:00 and by then, I just didn’t feel like going!  I can’t think of any more excuses!  Bootcamp tomorrow night, gym on Thur, Fri, and Sat.  Then on Sunday (weather pending), I will be walking 9 holes of golf.

Going to BJ’s w/ a friend tonight.  I will be good and get a salad (dressing on the side and a to go box right away), or the wraps that Leslie recommended!

*** I have been drinking a lot of green tea lately.  Caffinated in the morning and decaf later.  I use Truvia to sweeten it.  The tea and sweetener are 0 Calories.  Should I still be writing that down?

BJ’s dinner………4 shrimp lettuce wraps, and 1 avocado egg roll, 2 huge glasses of water.  We were there for 3 hours and I ended up being hungry again, but I didn’t order the delicious Pizooki!!  Came home and had a piece of Krusteaz French toast w/nothing on it

Oct 26

Feeling totally lousy today!  Hopefully a few Tylenol or something will help out.  Matt was gone all day yesterday, then went to work this morning at 6:30 and hopefully will be home in time for bootcamp.  October-January are horendous months for him at work.  Which also makes my life miserable those months!

I hope I don’t eat my way through the day, b/c that is how I am feeling right now!  All I want is salt and chocolate!

5:30 1 C whole wheat Rotelle noodles w/a little bit of Italian Cheese blend, Big bowl of the same salad as yesterday (Salsa salad w/chicken)

I am in a total funk tonight.  I have cramps and don’t feel like exercising or being around anyone.  I wish my family would go stay in a hotel tonight.  Or better yet, I would like to go stay in a hotel tonight!
