I am feeling much better today, both mentally and physically! It is generally just that first day of that much hated monthly thing that puts me in a funk and feeling yucky!
7:00 Fiber bar
10:00 Barbara’s cereal w/raspberries and a few blueberries
12:30 Peanut Butter and honey sandwich, 4 grapes, just the head of a ghost sugar cookie (no icing)
2:30 100 calorie bag of popcorn
4:00 1/2 cup Honey Bunches of Oats w/nf milk ( I wanted something sweet and thought that was a better choice than all the sugar cookies sitting on my counter!)
**My plan was to leave playgroup, go home, have lunch, then hit the gym. Well, that didn’t work out. Abbie was pretty tired, so she napped right after lunch. Then Jake went into his room to play and came out and said he sees ants. There were ants ALL over the wall and floor under his window. So, I called our pest control and had to wait for him to come over. Abbie woke up a little before 4:00 and by then, I just didn’t feel like going! I can’t think of any more excuses! Bootcamp tomorrow night, gym on Thur, Fri, and Sat. Then on Sunday (weather pending), I will be walking 9 holes of golf.
Going to BJ’s w/ a friend tonight. I will be good and get a salad (dressing on the side and a to go box right away), or the wraps that Leslie recommended!
*** I have been drinking a lot of green tea lately. Caffinated in the morning and decaf later. I use Truvia to sweeten it. The tea and sweetener are 0 Calories. Should I still be writing that down?
BJ’s dinner………4 shrimp lettuce wraps, and 1 avocado egg roll, 2 huge glasses of water. We were there for 3 hours and I ended up being hungry again, but I didn’t order the delicious Pizooki!! Came home and had a piece of Krusteaz French toast w/nothing on it
