November 18

Fiber bar

Egg Mit sandwich w/cheddar at Noah’s (met friend for breakfast), 1/2 of an Odwalla oj (Abbie spilled the rest all over her!)

PB&H on Oatnut, a couple of bites of mac/cheese

2 pieces homemade pizza on thin crust (spaghetti sauce, turkey pepperoni, olives,mushrooms)

large salad w/almonds, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, a little blue cheese, Champagne vinagarette dressing.

I cancelled going to bootcamp b/c Matt was working late.  He ended up getting home at 7:00, by that point though I was well into my night stuff w/the kids.  I don’t think I am going to do to well w/exercise this week.

Nov 17

Fiber bar

2 packs Weight Control oatmeal w/nf milk

2 cups Green tea

35 min treadmill, 20 minute bike, leg machines

Leftover pasta, 3 Rolos 

Grilled Cheese on Oatnut bread, tomato bisque soup

UHM!  Don’t read what is next………………………Matt wanted to take the kids to Leatherbys since they had both been asking for ice cream for weeks.  I lost my self control. I had a KID”S SIZE sundae.  1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whip cream. AAAACKKK

November 16…..Feeling better

My stomache seems to be feeling better today.  I pretty much ate cereal, bread, and crackers the past 3 days.  Abbie and I went to Panera for lunch yesterday and I ate some tomato soup and a little bit of a turkey sandwich on Focaccia.  I had some of her mac and cheese and oranges for dinner.

Today…

Fiber bar, Weight Control Oatmeal (2 packs) w/nf milk

Peanut butter and honey sandwich on Oatnut Bread, mini bag of pretzels

4 Rolos

Whole Wheat pasta w/spaghetti sauce, ground turkey, spinach

bootcamp

1 orange

***It doesn’t look like I ate that much today.  I wonder if it’s b/c I had 4 cups of green tea?

November 13

I don’t completely remember what I ate today b/c it is “tomorrow” as I write this.

Fiber bar, Barbara’s cereal w/nf milk

I started getting a really bad stomach ache around 9:00, no idea why.  For the rest of the day until Bunco, I ate a whole sleeve of Saltines and 2 English muffins.

I felt better at Bunco and ate 2 chicken tacos and a little rice.  I also had one cake ball.

NOVEMBER 14

A queasy stomach again this morning……

English muffin, most of a sleeve of Saltines, Cinnamon Crunch bagel w/ butter and a Sprite.

November 10

Fiber bar

Barbara’s multi grain cereal w/nf milk (used frozen blueberries but they were nasty so I tossed them)

Treadmill 35 min bike 15 min (50 min)

I was TOTALLY craving crab legs after Jen told me they were on sale.  Of course they were sold out when I got to Safeway!  Damn them!

Didn’t have the best lunch, but it was delicious.

Seafood salad and some French Bread

Dinner………about 1/2 cup of Gnocchi and 1/2 c of steamed zuchinni, a little bit more of the seafood salad and French bread

I was trying to make up my own recipe for cookies and had a few licks of the dough and 1 cookie after they were cooked.  Kahlua in cookies is quite yummy!

November 9th

I was doing so well with my eating the first few weeks of this!  I have fallen off the wagon and need to get back on.  I did half of my grocery shopping today, and need to finish the rest tomorrow.  Tomorrow is produce and meat shopping.

November 8

I just didn’t get a chance to blog the past 2 days.  I can’t remember Friday at all, but here is my best attempt at yesterday. 

Nov 7

Fiber bar

Peanut butter and honey on Oatnut bread

Tall nf pumpkin spice latte no whip

Pear walnut salad w/gorgonzola, 2 thin pieces of baguette, diet coke

Chocoalte chip cookie (I was hungry and felt like something sweet when I was leaving Whole Foods…BIG MISTAKE!!!).  I grabed one of the small pre-packaged vegan cookies and wolfed it down in the car.  Afterwards I looked at the packaging!!!!  The small cookie was 2 servings for a total of 600 calories! YIKES!!!!!

BBQ turkey burger w/tomato, sauteed onion, and mustard. Butternut squash.

NOVEMBER 8

Fiber bar, Green Tea sweetened w/Truvia, bowl of honey nut O’s

We are heading to a bday party today, I hope I can make good choices!

Party food………1 chicken breast tender, about 1/2 c fruit salad, Leslie’s Chinese noodle salad, diet coke, 1 cupcake

snack size bag of pretzels, Sunrise energy bar

Mac&Cheese, 1/2 an apple (Matt went to the King’s game and I didn’t feel like cooking much)

1 peanut butter blossom cookie w/mini Reese’s peanut butter cup on top (I started my Christmas cookie baking tonight)

****My goal for this week is NO sweets!!!!
