L (12 PM): wedding soup in a bread bowl (did not eat the whole bowl)

Bleh
I just really feel: bleh. Not quite sick. Not quite well, for sure. I am not sleeping enough and the skies are sooooo gray.
And I’m cold. Which makes me want to eat. And sleep. And eat.
B (7 AM): Greek honey yogurt w/kashi; coffee w/half-and-half
Sn (10 AM): 2 pieces of pound cake, believe it or not. Sigh.

Feels inconsequential to be logging food intake when bin Laden has been killed.

Goal check: (1) have tracked food intake this workweek; (2) am on track to walk 10+ miles this week if I walk today as planned.
