Still at that 131.8 mark. Ugh ugh ugh.
Not remembering altogether what I ate. Breakfasts were fine: wed was whole wheat english muffin with some peanut butter; yesterday was a wolfed down bowl of cereal (fiber one) before the dentist.
L on Wednesday was a meatball sandwich. L yesterday, post-dentist, was a cheeseburger, couple of french fries, [...]
changing weather
It’s a wonder we’re not all sick as can be. The weather’s veering between unseasonably cold to unseasonably warm — mixed with lots of wind and damp.

What’s worse is that I didn’t feel panicky — just ‘oh.’
Maybe right now just focusing on maintenance — in a healthy and intentional way — is what I can do. Come January, I can take on the project of removing some more pounds, but right now there are a lot of other projects to manage [...]

Catchin’ Up
Monday was a migraine day at home, so essentially a carb fest. Nuff said. I did manage to do some chicken-wing lifts with 5′ weights.
Tuesday: no weights, no cardio.
