That’s me with my fingers in my ‘ears’ — not reading/hearing the number on the scale.
Cuz then I would panic or cry.
And then I would want to eat a lot of very yummy and comforting foods that I don’t really *need* for any nutritional/health purpose!

Moving:

Lower case week.
Moving:
walked from Rege’s (dropped off the car) through the Hollow and up the steps to work. Nice walk. Killer steps. Pant pant.
Bicep curls: 3×8 (8′)
Pseudo dead lifts: 3×8 (10′)

monday
Moving:
Behind-the-head tricep raises: 3×8 (8′)
walked the dog, class with the dog (okay, so the latter is not major moving, but it’s exhausting!)
Fuel for the fire:
B (7 AM): coffee w/2% milk; apple/fiber flakes cooked in crockpot overnight
Sn (10 AM): yoplait nofat lime yogurt
L (1 PM): whole wheat Eng muffin w/slice of swiss cheese; coffee w/one cream

Update
Not only did I not make the ‘five pounds of this turkey gone before the turkey hits the table’ goal, I gained weight.
So there you go.
Nothing to do about it but put my head back into the game and try again. I think that I slacked off considerably on the exercise because I got scared [...]
