Yesterday and today: 128.14

Yesterday’s food: cereal w/1% milk, coffee w/whole milk for breakfast; grilled peanut butter and banana on whole grain bread for lunch; brownie triangles from Shadyside GE for snack; Pgh salad for supper (lettuce, chicken nuggets, fries, lite Caesar dressing); tea w/honey

Yesterday’s moving: walked home — through the park but up over the Oval

Today is Today.

Moving:  3×12 bicep curls (5′). Tried to turn on the Wii Fit, but it didn’t respond — no little fickle finger of fate appeared. Argh. One more thing to tend to.

B: crockpot peach w/granola & lofat vanilla yogurt; coffee w/whole milk

L: cranberry scone and coffee w/half and half at the library

S: couple oz red wine, TGIF Sante Fe chopped salad (stuffed myself)
