Unstuffing This Turkey

Goal: down 5 lbs by Thanksgiving.

Current: 130.10

Moving: walked up the steps this AM (8 flights). Lungs hurt. Plan is to walk home: done. Did the Run, so faced teh steps at the end, which made for a day bracketed by stairclimbing and some real asthmatic struggle.

B (7 AM): coffee w/whole milk; apple w/all-bran (crockpot) and 1/4 cup of nofat vanilla yogurt

L: plan is to eat a pb&j sandwich (wholegrain bread), probablyas morning snack and lunch. Done.

S: plan is to eat leftover pepe pasta w/veggies. Done. Added tuna to this for some protein and had about 4 oz of beer.

So I stayed on plan through supper and got in some exercise at the beginning and end of the day. Peachy, eh?

But then. Depressed. Ay yi yi.

So I had a peanut butter cup that DS had left in the cookie jar.

And wanted more. So had a cup of nofat cinnamon yogurt. Ugh.

And wanted more. So had a cup of chopped-dates mixed with chocolate chips.
