One Step at a Time

Lots going on this week, so the key will be: perspective. I am CHOOSING to do all of these things. Lots of ‘em have to do with moving my body, so props.

Looking ahead: take the dog to the vet’s tonight, practice in the boat (paddle h.a.r.d) tomorrow night, do W6D3 on Wednesday (26 mins), work with the kids on Thursday, practice again on Friday (also should be W7D1: will need to think about whether that’s smart or not — maybe I start W7 on Saturday?). Sunday’s an all-out day at the races. I need to be rested and proteined-up by then!

Moving:

Walked the dog (20 mins) and ran to the bank at lunch, but real walk planned for after work (weather allowing).

Eating:

B (8:30 AM): coffee w/1%, kashi go lean w/1%

Sn (11 AM): half a kashi protein bar

L (1 PM): greek yogurt (plain and yummy), water

Sn (3:30 PM): almonds and craisins, water
