Weary

I’m running myself ragged right now. Not enough sleep, for sure.
Also, WTF: 130?! Am going to chalk that up to PMS and try not to get upset.
The good news, the exciting news, is that I did the 20-minute jog!!!! In the heat! I am so proud of myself!!!!

Monday, Monday….

Completed W5D2 this weekend — jogging slooowly up at the Oval. The first 8-minute jog took me around the track for a 1K. Then I walked. The second 8 minute piece got me around more than one loop, so definitely [...]
