It’s Not Monday

Damn fibroids. I am not going to stress about numbers on a scale or I will go crazy trying to compensate for their mass. Need to focus on taking care of myself.
Tuesday Moving:
tricep raises  3×10 (8′)
ab workout (20 crunches, 20 bicycles, 20 reverse crunches)
some yoga’d stretch

I think I still need the structure or discipline of recording things here, much as I’d like to say I don’t. So here goes.

It’s baaaack.
My period, that is. WTF.
At least that explains how hungry I’ve been, the bloating, the pimples, the insatiable longing for chocolate. And more chocolate. And, you know… more chocolate.
