Spring Tease
Moving:
Abs: 40 crunches. Had to split ‘em up: 20, 15, 5, but I did them, and I did them with arms held up instead of behind my head (to try to keep the focus on my abs and not on my neck)
And 20 bicycles.
Arms: 2 minutes of the arm rotation thingies. Wow, is that rough. [...]
Monday = mon day. Own it.
New day. New week.
Same old same old.
Ha! Or: sigh.

Abs: 30 crunches, 20 bicycles. I really rushed through these, since I was afraid I was gonna miss the bus. But I did them.
Arms: 3×10 modified push-ups.
Short walk at lunch (20 mins) plus long walk home.

Two nights of solid sleeping - not that there were no wake-ups whatsoever, but they were the very normal, roll-over-and-go-back-to-sleep sort. Not the recent rash of waking up to massive waves of hot flashes and lying there trying to recover sort. I feel like a new person!

The scale here this morning registered 130.4. Now, I didn’t have my shoes on. But still, it was awfully good to see the 130 there instead of 131 or 132.
Moving:
Core: 30 crunches (last 10 on obliques), 20 bicycles
