Losing My Mind
Wonder how many pounds that would be? The lack of solid sleep is getting to me. Grrr. Power through this one step at a time.

Thank goodness it’s finally Friday!
131 sans shoes; 132 with flats (the buckle ones). I entered 132 on the race site. Next week is official weigh-in…. Would be good to be down to 131 with shoes on by then, if possible.

“….bound to be in Norway, dragging chains of slavery…” Am not sure why that old camp song is popping into my head, except that today marks a return to winter (Norway) weather, which sure does make me feel at the mercy of the elements.

Woden’s Day
No exercise for me yet today, and may skip it and just let my body use every available resource to heal from the faceplant.
Moving: I did take a fairly brisk walk at lunchtime (20-30 mins), listening to music

133 on the scale here. Disappointing in that my WiiFitty guy (who greeted me this morning with a little party hat and some confetti!) had registered at 132 (adding back the 2 lbs he subtracts for ‘light clothes’) yesterday.

The sun is shining. Still bitter cold out, but the sun is shining, and it’s supposed to warm up into the 20s soon — and warmer tomorrow!

Asthma today. I’m so tired of this cold air.

Wednesday!
Went shopping after work last night and stocked up a bit on protein items. Did I remember to bring them today for snacking? No. But they’re there. And I did throw a tuna cup and some fiber-crackers in my purse for lunch.

Tuesday
Found one of the posts I thought I’d written but didn’t see….. 1/29: 134 lbs and discouraged about the bounce back up in the scale. In the past. Honestly, January was so difficult between my generally lousy health and the relentless weather that I’m eager to look forward.
