Weekend Summary
Sat: 2 kashi waffles for b’fast, spread out over a 3-hour pd. coffee w/2%. No lunch, but then an early supper of hot dog with chili and coleslaw (YUM), 3 onion rings (YUM), and a short glass of Hoegaarden (YUM). Quality junk food in moderation=a good thing, IMHO. Surprise the body!

Official Weigh-In Day
We’ve got an official weigh-in day today. With my shoes on and on the scale here, I’m at 131-point-something. At home, Wii Fitty this morning had me a smidge over 128 (plus the 2 lbs subtracted for ‘light clothes’ and that’s 130-point-something, without shoes, so it looks like those two scales are fairly well aligned).
