B (6:30 AM): coffee w/skim milk; 2 whole wheat waffles, plain

L (12 PM): coffee w/T. of half-and-half; lofat yogurt

S (6 PM): @Big Jim’s: spaghetti, 1 slice garlic bread, some red wine (half a glass?)

Sn (8 PM): orange juice, nilla wafers
