Update: 133
Hmmm. I think I’ve lost some posts here. Oh well.
Weighed in officially, with shoes, at 134 on Friday. Am 133 by the scale here today. This is not due to anything intentional, since I’ve just been one big snot processor for the past ten days. Guess it’s cutting back on my appetite.
Did 5 half-hearted pushups off the end of the bed this morning. Whupped.
B (7:30 AM): banana cheerios with 1% milk, coffee w/1% milk
Sn (Noon): dark chocolate calcium supplement (30 calories and 500 mg of calcium!)
L (1 PM): chicken soup from downstairs: seems to have ham and broccoli in it
Sn (4 PM): 2 glasses of pineapple/banana/orange juice; half-box of nilla wafers. Shut up. Did its job and put me to sleep for a much needed two-hour nap.
S (6:30 PM): garlic hummus w/2 super-skinny slices of bread; seltzer water
