Requirements:
give it everything I’ve got for 30 days, no excuses

Rules:
No Diet Sodas
No Cheat Days (one indulgence a week, noted below)
Exercise everyday
Limit carbs, processed foods
Focus on protein, fruits & veggies
NO WHINING!

Monday - Friday Daily Schedule

5:15 - up & dress for workout, eat banana

5:30 - run or elliptical workout*

6:30 - DVD** & knee PT

7:00 - shower & dress for work

7:45 - kids up & dress, kids breakfast, prepare my food to take to work

8:15 - walk kids to school

8:30 - leave for work

8:45 - breakfast at work

11:00 - snack

12:20 - gym

1:10 - back at work, make lunch

3:30 - snack

5:30 - leave work, pick up Skye from daycare

6:00 - home, ready dinner for kids, dress for workout (except Friday)

6:30 - elliptical (except Friday)

7:30 - dinner for me, dress for bed (except Friday)

8:00 - blog, tv, relax time (except Friday)

10:00 - lights out!!

Saturday & Sunday Schedule

6:30 - up & dress for workout, eat banana

7:00 - run

8:00 - shower & dress for work

9:00 - prepare my food to take to work

9:15 -leave for work

9:30 - work, breakfast at work

11:00 - snack

12:20 - gym (except Saturday)

1:10 - back at work, make lunch (except Saturday)

3:30 - snack

5:00 - leave work

5:10 - home, ready dinner for kids, dress for workout (except Saturday)

5:30 - elliptical (except Saturday)

6:30 - dinner for me, dress for bed

7:00 - blog, tv, relax time

10:00 - lights out!!

*RUN - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday/Elliptical - Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Pre-workout a.m.: banana

Breakfast: 2 c. fruit OR sugar-free oatmeal w/ protein powder OR egg white omelet OR protein shake

Snack: Fat-Free yogurt

Lunch: big salad w/ protein

Snack: low-fat cheese stick & 1 oz. almonds

Dinner: grilled chicken, fish or turkey patty w/ steamed veggies

One indulgence a week: Junior Mints at movies
