Seriously UNCOOL!!

Weight: 164.4 (I need a new scale. OBVIOUSLY mine is broken!!!)

I ended up having a bowl of turkey chili for dinner because I discovered we had one SMALL square of aluminum foil left, not nearly enough to wrap up my acorn squash for some oven-roasting. I also had a handful (like, uhm Paul Bunion sized handful… ok, two) of no salt tortilla chips with the leftover pico de gallo from New Years Eve. And I made a batch of gltuen-free sunflower butter cookies for Sean to have in his lunches, so I ate one of those too… and a few bits of the dough… wha? Oh crap…

So it’s all fruits, veggies and lean meats (fish and chicken) until I’m back in the 140s. That’s IT! I’ve been bending my rules with things like no-salt and large portions because it’s healthy, etc…

I’m just so DONE with myself…

hmm…. did I give someone advice about not beating ourselves up just a bit ago? I think I also said I’m much better at giving out advice than taking my own!

Today I’ve had a banana. I also have a pink grapefruit and some clementines for a snack oh, about now.

I brought my lunch. A salad consisting of: lettuce, tuna, pickle relish, and gluten/casein/calorie-free ranch dressing. I know it sounds weird. I’m hoping it tastes good!!

Dinner will be that acorn squash I was supposed to have last night. I’m picking up foil on my way home.

Lots of water, lots of tea.

I did 20 minutes of strength training/calesthenics this morning: crunches, squats, plank, etc… all non-impact since today is a “rest” day. And that means giving my knees a much needed break. They don’t hurt AT ALL. Nothing during or after Saturday’s 9 mile run. And I’m determined to keep them that way!!
