Thursday’s FEW

FOOD

Breakfast: 2 strips extra lean turkey bacon
large bowl sugar-free maple & brown sugar oatmeal
Lunch: salad of lettuce, tomato, reduced fat cheese, sundried tomatoes (no oil), 2 sliced turkey bacon chopped &  grilled chicken strips
Snack: 2 TBSP organic peanut butter, crunchy, on a spoon straight outta the jar (it tastes best that way!)
Dinner: TBD

  3. This is known that money can make people free. But what to do when one doesn’t have cash? The only one way is to get the business loans or sba loan.
