Juice cleanse day - one 48 bottle of Plum Smart Light
1 Yoplait Light Cinnamon Roll yogurt (best thing ever invented! GENIUS!!)
3 baby carrots
approx. 15 bing cherries
EXERCISE:
Scheduled 1 hour session at gym with trainer, didnt actually workout. Just set up a few new routines.
30 minutes on the elliptical at home afterwards.
WATER:
1 Liter Fiji (sure it’s pricey, but its GOOD and I actually DRANK IT! Which makes it priceless!)

Cinnamon roll yogurt???? I’m going to have to look for that flavor. Is it new?
It’s one of their brand new flavors. They also have added a white chocolate strawberry and a cherry cobbler. Both are divine!!
I’ll be on the lookout for a trainer named Sandy with a flat rear and a big ol’ belly. Thanks!
The problem is waiting on the person who schedules the PT’s. She is supposed to call me and discuss my goals and help me figure out which PT to schedule with. I just hope she doesn’t recommend the Jared Leto look-alike bc I can’t be doing squats in front of Jared Leto. (Sometimes, ok often…I entertain myself at the gym by coming up with look alikes. So far I have seen Gallagher, Jared Leto, Mr. T and the dude from the verizon commercials).
