Down and Dirty Stats - 1 month

Weight: 153.8 lbs (I was down to 151.8 about a week ago. Darn!)

Bust: 39.5 inchesĀ  - 37.5 (-2)
Waist: 35 - 33 (-2)
Hips: 42 - 40.5 (-1.5)
Thigh: 25.5 - 25 (-.5)
Upper arm: 14 -13 (-1)
Neck: 13 - 13 (0)

Total loss: 7 inches - hey, not bad for a month!

Jean size: 8 (10s have been banished, they are officially too big.)

5 pounds doesn’t seem like that much. But my clothing sizes have changed. Heck, even my bra size changed - went from a 34DD to a 32DD. So I’m still thinning out. Still 5 pounds doesn’t really seem worthy of a new picture, but I’ll post one anyway.

  1. If you’re like me, the lower your weight gets, the more every pound off shows. When I first started losing, I lost 30 lb and, frankly, it wasn’t all that noticeable. I was still fat. But now that I’m down to a “normal” size 10, five pounds makes a big difference. So I totally think your five pound loss warrants a new photo!
