Here’s the plan, I hope it matches the reality:
Breakfast: Egg in a Ham cup
Snack: 10 raw almonds
Lunch: grilled chicken salad with fat free dressing
Snack: 1 oz beef jerky
Dinner: grilled tilapia with steamed veggies
