Checking in…

So I wanted to check in (since it is one of my goals!!) and reassess my progress this week.  The alcohol limitation has not gone as well as I would have liked.  I am up to 5 drinks since Sunday, which isn’t awful but it’s definitely something I will work harder towards next week!

As far as exercise, I have 3 work outs under my belt so far and am planning on going to either a kickboxing class or a total body class so I will be on plan for that.

And, the fruits and veggies making up a quarter of my daily points have been going pretty well.  It’s not always working out completely but I’m still moving in the right direction!  It doesn’t help that most of the veggies I eat (raw) are free point-wise LOL!!

Tomorrow is weigh in day.  It’s kind of a big one because it’s also the first weigh in for my family’s biggest loser competition which begins tomorrow.
