I buy fresh blueberries to add to them, and they're even more dee-licious! LOL! Don't make the batter too thick (I always find that the measurements - water-to-mix ratio - is a little heavy on the mix, and makes for a heavy pancake. We got 8-9 inches of snow and then about 3/4 inch of ice on top of it, then another inch or 2 of snow. I too had to chip away at my car yesterday just so I could get my coat which I had left in it. You live in Northern KY? I live in North-central KY. You probably aren't far too from me. We are suppose to get another snowstorm next week! The kids may never get back into school here!
