So I ordered this stuff yesterday and I am so excited to start it! Last night I also bought a XBOX360 Kinect, and the Your Shape Evolution. Its super fun and a true workout! Its crazy! I finally feel like I have all the tools to be succesful and lose weight. I need this weight to be off…It is literally all I think about. Well thats all I have for today :]
Alright, so I am done!
Done being fat! I am so tired of being like this. I finally feel conifident enough to start this struggle and overcome all of my fears! I want to feel good about myself! I want to be able to walk into any store and be able to fit into the clothes!! UGH! Soo I will introduce myself now after that little rant…heres a little bit more about me…
My name is Felicia, I am 22 years old, I have a great boyfriend, friends and family. I have a pretty decent job, I like it most days! Everything in my life is finally falling into place except for one aspect….my appearance.
I am grossly overweight. I weigh over 200 pounds (not much over, but still!!!!) and my goal weight is 145 ish. I have done every diet under the sun and have miserably failed at them all. However, I have never tried just plain and simple counting calories and watching portion sizes. I have been doing it now for two weeks and I am doing fantastically. I am going to start exercising tonight! So hopefully I will start losing weight very very soon!
My ex boyfriends both broke up with me do to my weight issues…and the town I come from has a celebrations every year where I will most likely see them. So what better motivation is there than revenge? (I have lots of other motivations, lots, that one is just the most fun one) I want them to see me and their jaws drop. The only problem is…its at the beginning of July. So I am going to have to work extremely hard to reach my goal before then. I can do it though, OH YEAH!
