So I know I’ve deleted all my old posts but I didn’t want to look at them. I didn’t want to be reminded of how I failed and how much I suck. So let’s start again!
The necessary details?
My name is Fattyfelz. I’m 23 years old. I have a full time job in finance. I have a (nearly) three year old daughter. I have a lovely live in boyfriend. I love AFL. I love netball. I love cooking and I CLEARLY love eating.
Smoking - I’m not a full time smoker anymore but I do cave when I drink. And I like to drink which leads me to my next weakness
Alcohol - I love spirits, beer & wine. To me there is nothing better than a cold crisp beer at the end of the work day
Takeaway food - Not only for the taste but also the convenience. Life is too busy!
Chocolate & Biscuits - I’m surrounded by them at work! And I love both.
So what am I doing about the whole “weight” issue? I’m not going to start a diet plan, or a meal replacement program or anything like that. I’m simply going to count my calories and be SMART about what I’m putting in my mouth!
I’m also going to actually download the C25k app and finish it! I’ve downloaded it several times but have deleted it when I gave up…
Hopefully I can make some friends here to keep up to date with. And hopefully we can cheer each other along. Who knows.
Today is Thursday and I’m going to Saturday. It’s on! Everyone in the house is going to do it!
